Abraham Vergis invited to speak at the up-coming IBAAsia Pacific Arbitration Group (APAG) Training Day on “Best Practices in International Arbitration”

Abraham Vergis will be speaking on the session entitled “Dealing with evidence in international arbitration: the application of the IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration” at the IBAAsia Pacific Arbitration Group (APAG) Training Day on 3 June 2016 in Kuala Lumpur. The programme is designed to give practitioners an introduction into the best practices in the field of international arbitration by drawing reference to a number of Rules and Guidelines introduced by the International Bar Association.
