Providence Law Asia promotes a new Director

It is our pleasure to announce that Mr Lim Mingguan has been appointed as a Director of the firm. His appointment reflects the firm’s continued growth and commitment to providing clients with their choice of counsel. Mingguan undertakes a diverse range of work in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Disputes Practice. He has an active practice representing and advising tech companies, technology-focused venture capital funds and start-ups, and has extensive experience appearing before the Singapore Courts (including the SICC) and arbitral tribunals across several different institutions (SIAC, ICC, LCIA). The firm’s disputes practice has been recognized by both Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500 (Asia Pacific) as a recommended practice. Mingguan was also recently awarded a Singapore Academy of Law Post-Qualification Overseas Attachment, and completed a significant placement with Essex Court Chambers in London.
