International Arbitration

Providence Law Asia is regularly instructed in complex, high-value disputes spanning diverse industries and jurisdictions, including Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, Japan, and Korea. We handle every stage of the arbitral process — from pre-arbitral negotiations and advocacy to the cross-border enforcement of awards.

Our Counsel are familiar with both the rules and workings of leading arbitral institutions. We have acted in ad hoc proceedings, as well as arbitrations under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules and the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).

Our arbitration practice has been described by clients in Legal 500 as a formidable force in resolving cross-border dispute, and the team has been commended for its “unique blend of legal acumen, meticulous drafting skills, and a deep understanding of complex cross-border disputes”.
