Providence Law Asia LLC was honoured to take part in the ALB Indonesia In-House Legal Summit 2025 in Jakarta.

Our Director, Asiyah Arif, moderated a dynamic session titled “Cutting Costs, Not Corners: Managing Fees in International Disputes,” with panellists Abdul Malik Anwar Deen, Managing Director of CT Group Singapore, and Tri Junanto Wicaksono, Director and Head of Corporate Affairs & Legal at PT Amerta Indah Otsuka.

The discussion focused on how Indonesian companies can take control of the costs of cross-border disputes — from adopting value-based fee arrangements and selecting the right professional partners, to leveraging AI tools and third-party funding.

Panellists shared practical, experience-based tips on structuring cross-border disputes efficiently without compromising strategy or quality.
