Wee Toh is a Counsel with the firm. His practice focuses on commercial disputes and restructuring and insolvency matters.
Wee Toh graduated from the University of Bristol with an LL.B. (First Class Honours), where he was awarded several academic prizes, including for best performance in his first year and various subjects including contract law, land law, public international law and conflict of laws. In 2025, he completed the Bachelor of Civil Law at the University of Oxford, where he was awarded the Winter Williams Prize for International Economic Law.
Prior to joining Providence, Wee Toh practised in leading international and local law firms. He has broad experience in commercial disputes and contentious insolvency matters, data breach response, as well as non-contentious technology transactions and agreements.
Wee Toh is fluent in English and Mandarin.
