The Litigation Secretary will support Directors in managing schedules, travel and business development activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to make a meaningful impact by working closely with the leadership of a growing firm.

Job responsibilities:

Coordinate across internal teams to ensure tasks and timelines are met.

Managing client engagement activities.
- Document management: organisation of documents, emails, and correspondence

Administrative support to Directors: preparing for meetings, booking and reservations for appointments and travel arrangements
- Managing contact / client lists
Job requirements:
-
At least 3 years of relevant work experience

Educational requirements: Diploma and above

Self-initiated team-player with strong organizational skills and proficient in Microsoft O365, and Kofax or Adobe Acrobat

Excellent communication and writing skills. Spoken and written proficiency in two or more languages is advantageous

Comfortable with managing multiple priorities and administrative coordination in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented, with great follow-up skills

Prior experience in a disputes practice with knowledge of litigation workflows and the eLitigation system is preferred.
