An internship with Providence Law Asia will provide aspiring young lawyers the opportunity to experience life as a specialist disputes lawyer first-hand. Our interns and clerks will attend meetings, hearings and discussions with our team, and will also be given substantive legal assignments such as carrying out legal research and drafting legal documents. They will have their progress monitored and will receive regular feedback from our team of Counsel.
Interns will also be able to gain more insight into the firm’s culture and other aspects of legal practice, through social gatherings and events and structured sessions with the firm’s leadership. Interns will also be assigned a Counsel who will act as their mentor and will aid and guide them through their internship experience.
We currently offer the following programmes:
- International Clerkships (3 – 6 months) for foreign lawyers and foreign postgraduates in law.
- Internships (4 weeks) for local and foreign law undergraduates.
