Please join our Director, Asiyah Arif, who will be speaking on the panel “Managing Disputes I – Procedural Tools and Innovations in the SIAC Rules 2025” hosted by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre on 3 April 2025, at the Singapore Corporate Counsel Association APAC Legal Congress 2025.

Together with Sue Ann Mah, Rishabh Malaviya, Abhishek Srivastava and Angelia Thng, and moderator Swati Jhaveri, the panel will draw on examples from the SIAC Rules 2025 that came into force on 1 January 2025 to explore how different procedural tools can be deployed for efficiently resolving disputes.
