ACFE Annual Training Conference 2025

Our Directors, Colin Liew and Kenny Lau, will be speaking at the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) Annual Training Conference “The Fight Against Fraud in An AI-Powered Landscape” on 8th April 2025 (Tuesday) at M Hotel, Singapore.

Colin and Kenny will be speaking at a session titled “Building a case against a Fraudster: The Law you need to know“. They will discuss the legal elements to consider when building a case against or seeking recovery from fraudulent parties, as well as the remedies that can be obtained against fraudulent parties. This session will also address planning considerations for conducting investigations against fraudsters.
