2nd IBA Litigation and ADR Symposium 2023 – New Delhi

Our Managing Director, Abraham Vergis, S.C., will be participating in the 2nd IBA Litigation and ADR Symposium at a session titled “Senior counsel roundtable – hot topics in dispute resolution” on 18 August 2023, at Le Meridien New Delhi.
Abraham will be chairing the panel comprising Akshay Bhan, Arvind Datar, Promod Nair, Gaurav Pachnanda SA, and Madhavi Goradia Divan, all of whom are eminent senior practitioners with significant experience before the High Courts and Supreme Court of India. On this session, panellists will discuss the best practices they have picked up through their years of navigating the Indian courts and through the exposure and experiences gained in alternative forums.
