Abraham Vergis conducts module on developing case theory and taking instructions
On 7 April 2015, Mr. Abraham Vergis conducted a module in the Law Society of Singapore’s Written Advocacy Workshop 2015 on developing a case theory and taking instructions.
Aimed at both junior and senior practitioners, the well-attended session centred around the development of a case theory, tied in with a lesson on how to effectively take instructions from clients. The session offered participants guidance on formulating appropriate questions to elicit responses useful to developing the case theory, and guided participants on aspects of case theory development to enhance overall persuasive value.
