Providence Law Asia LLC was pleased to host three panels at the APAC Legal Congress 2026 on 9 April in Singapore.
The first panel, “Singapore Law Update: What Every GC Needs to Know”, provided a practical overview of recent legal developments in Singapore for in-house counsel. The session was led by Colin Liew, Daniel Tan and Jiaxiang Zhuo, together with Foreign Counsel Sze An (Niki) Chen.

The second panel, “From Missiles to Markets – Navigating Supply Chain Disruptions”, explored the impact of global events on supply chains and the strategic considerations for General Counsel in protecting business operations. The session featured Eugene Nai, Virang Gadoya and Olga Tsvetkova, alongside our Directors Asiyah Arif and Colin Liew.

The third panel, “Your AI Prompt Just Became Exhibit A”, examined governance and enterprise risk management in the age of AI, from information security to discovery in litigation and appropriate workplace use. The panel was moderated by Eunice Chew and featured Joey Pang, Wei Loong Siow and Xinping Chen.

We thank all our speakers and guests for their participation and engagement throughout the event. It was a privilege to contribute to such an insightful and well-attended congress.
We also congratulate the Singapore Corporate Counsel Association (SCCA) on a successful event and looks forward to future collaboration.
